The version 2 board of the WS500 now utilizes a printer style USB port instead of the original Samsung style port, which is much more robust.
The WS500 Alternator can be connected to a Windows PC via a USB printer-style cable for configuration firmware upgrades. Most commercial cables can be used but, for convenience, we offer these high-quality USB cables.
This is the extra long 15′ version, which will allow you to connect your PC to your WS500, for use with the Windows 10 WS500 Configuration Tool
