Phone Support:

We typically only provide phone support to existing customers with a specific problem.  With the array of modern technology available we are now creating a library of Tutorial videos which can be found here at the REC North America site.  We understand that Wakespeed is creating tutorials for their product line.  You are also welcome to use our User Forum here.

We have found that we are much more productive and offer better support using email and messaging. It allows us to research your question if needed, exchange video and images and provide an ongoing thread for followup and history. If for some reason you still need phone support, please contact us using one of the methods above and request a call back.

And finally, the phone spamming that has become so prevalent in recent years drives us crazy, so we do not actively advertise our numbers anymore.
